There is a story to every video. This is where I asked my client (62 yr old for those that are curious- and yes you can work hard and build muscle still at that age and beyond!) to perform this valslide movement from his knees, demonstrated the exercise for him and then to see him do it from his toes (a much harder progression!). So, as the saying goes, “don’t try this one at home!” I will be posting a great abdominal exercise that you can try at home first though, keep posted!
